A Florida teacher has resigned after she was caught carrying on raunchy video sex chats with her jailbird boyfriend during school time.

The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office said longtime teacher Donna Barber, 52, was told she would almost certainly be fired for her hormone-charged hijinks so she opted to resign.
According to cops, the amorous antics emerged when a sheriff’s deputy was assigned to monitor the video chats of inmates at the county jail and noted that the erotically charged educator was taking her clothes off.
And she was engaging in sexually explicit chats with her boyfriend, inmate Lawrence Ray. Some of the chirps were from her classroom, others came from her office.
Sheriff A.J. Smith outlined his concerns on Facebook earlier this month citing Barber’s case.

“I think parents have a right to know who is teaching their children,” Smith told the New York Post. “That’s why I released this.”
“Jail is not a resort,” he said. “People in jail need to abide by the rules, you have to have order. Otherwise, you can have chaos and it can be dangerous for the staff that has to deal with the inmates.”

After the video drew more than 25,000 views, the lawman took it down because of inappropriate comments.
While there doesn’t appear to be grounds for criminal charges, the school board is now investigating.
Prior to coming off the rails, Barber had been a highly respected teacher who was on the cusp of retirement after three decades in the classroom.
Meanwhile, a young Missouri teacher faces a litany of sex-related charges in connection with alleged inappropriate conduct with a 16-year-old male student.

Second-year woodworking teacher Lena Stewart is charged with second-degree statutory rape, two counts of second-degree statutory sodomy, three counts of sexual contact with a student, and one count of first-degree sexual misconduct.
She is now on administrative leave.
Stewart allegedly told detectives that all she would do with the student is talk. However, the teen said they would hook up at a friend’s house before heading somewhere secluded to have sex.
The boy said he was “uncomfortable” with the relationship but since he was getting an “A” in Stewart’s class, he continued.
