The Chicks in the Office podcast shared another clip set to Simon & Garfunkel’s Sounds of Silence.

“Someone please check on Ben Affleck,” they tweeted alongside a video of Lopez seemingly trying to re-energize the actor. Another person imagined the exchange came about because Affleck was worried Lopez’s ex P Diddy “was going to perform [during the] 50 Years of Hip-Hop” tribute.

Sunday night’s ‘miserable’ moment wasn’t the first time the Internet has had some fun with Affleck not being able to hide his emotions.

During the press rounds for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice in 2016, an interviewer asked Affleck and his co-star Henry Cavill about the mixed reaction the film had been getting. As Ben looked sullen, the strains of Sounds of Silence began to play and the ‘Sad Affleck’ meme was born.
