ATC Management names trio of new manager partners

ATC Management has named three new manager partners: Brandon Sanchez, Jordan Alper and Ben Rafson.

The three artist managers will join manager partner Fabienne Leys and general manager Jessica Fekete at the company’s newly opened New York office – located in Tribeca – adding an east coast presence to ATC’s existing Los Angeles and London locales.

Sanchez and Alper bring with them joint management client, Yaeji, adding the Brooklyn based singer, DJ and producer to ATC’s roster, while Rafson arrives with artist clients Avalon Emerson and Jacques Greene.

All three managers will continue to take on new management clients via ATC.

Brandon Sanchez joins ATC after eight years with NYC-based record label RVNG Intl., where he worked as a project manager and member of artist Holly Herndon’s management team.

Prior to that, he served as the North American label manager for Smalltown Supersound and worked in the marketing department at Ultra Records.

In his free time, he co-runs independent record labels SLINK and Human Pitch in addition to DJing locally at clubs and on his monthly radio residency on The Lot Radio.

Jordan Alper comes to ATC with a background split between artist management and festival/event programming.

He has previously worked as a talent buyer and producer for Red Bull Music Academy NY, Trevanna Entertainment and Doek Festival. Additionally, he is a founder and resident DJ of the long-running underground party Gardens, a series honoring the queer roots of house music.

Ben Rafson has been in management for almost fifteen years, focusing on alternative electronic musicians. He recently founded and serves as Executive Director of The Rising Artist Foundation, a new grant system for American musicians.

Fabienne Leys has over 20 years of music industry experience working at leading record and management companies like Atom Factory, Roc Nation, Island Def Jam, and Arista Records. There, Leys managed and guided the careers of many artists, producers, and songwriters; including Hayley Kiyoko, JR Rotem, Brian Kennedy, Sophie Cates, Big Data, bLAck pARty, Da Internz, Fisticuffs, Johan Lenox, Jenn Decilveo, Q-Tip, James Fauntleroy, NO ID, Future Cut, Makeba Riddick, Dave Pensado, and Rob Kinelski.

In May 2021, ATC Management appointed Sumit Bothra to Managing Director of its European Management Operations. Sumit, who ATC says has played a pivotal role in its growth over the past decade, represents artists including PJ Harvey, Katie Melua, Fink, Nathan Nicholson, and Tom King.

“We are thrilled to launch our east coast presence with such a stellar team.”
